Refund and Cancellation

If customer fails to qualify for desired cover as per the terms, condition and exclusion of the cover or does not provide sufficient evidence within 48 hours why he/ she should be considered for the cover after making online payment of purchase of the cover plans then W and I A Services will cancel the order (reject the order / will not capture payment from the payment gateway partner) and payment made by customer will be transferred back into his account within 15 days.

Please note – the liability of W and I A Services will only be limited to refund of payment from the customers of that particular amount received by W and I A Services from that particular customer for that particular transition after deduction of any fees or charges levied by the payment gateways.

DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY

W and I A Services will send all the original confirmation of the cover and Introduction letter by reputed courier firms like DTDC courier etc to the customer. After receiving payment and desired documents, copy of cover document will reach customer within 15 days by courier All Over India, and the cover term and condition printed on the cover document should be binding to customer.

Paid Registration

Disclaimer (I AGREE TO PROCEED ) PAID Registered Customers will be provided 1 Year Damage Protection ( Physical Damage, Liquid Damage, Screen Damage ) along with Free Doorstep Pick and Drop Facility, Cash Less Repairs from Authorised Service Centre of the Brand. However you are required to pay a nominal charge of 10% of the claim amount each and every time there is a claim under the cover. Maximum Number of Claims Possible Under the Cover in only 2 ( Two ) Times, thereafter the cover will cease. At no time the cumulative Claim Paid Amount can be more than the Invoice Value Mentioned in the Invoice. In case if Total Loss Claims ( i.e. Repair Cost More than 75% of the Invoice Value of the product ) only Flat 50% of the Invoice Value will be paid as full and final settlement of the claim. Any product that is Maximum 7 days old from date of Purchase and that is not already Damaged will be considered for the cover. That you have Understood the Terms and the Eligibility Criteria for the Cover and have provided the correct Invoice details of the New Product Purchased.
