Purchase older than 7 days will not be accepted. Added Facilities – Data Security and Contact Backup 2GB Space Life Long, Free Door Step Pick and Drop, Standby Device and may more…
  2. Reliance Register for customers under corporate tie ups – if we have business tie up with any corporate that provides our cover to customers under agreement with us, you may register your product details here.
  3. Claim Registration and Online Submission of claim documents – if you have a claim under the coverage offered, you may register your claim here and also upload all claim documents soft copy in PDF format for claims processing and settlement of your claim. Pl. Note – hard copy / original is also required for our records and is mandatory, which maybe sent later to us.
  4. Excess Payment Submission – the customer needs to bear nominal amount of the total repair amount , as the insurance co’ will not pay the complete repair amount for which on demand the customer needs to submit their excess payment amount here.
  5. Policy Registration Number – if you need to know the policy registration number you may punch in your registered mobile number here for the policy number output result.
  6. Claims Status Query – if you need to know your current claim status you may punch in your registered mobile number here for the current claim status output result.
